Running has been going well this week, I have had a tightness in my hamstring, which I believe is due to a tight hip flexor, so I’ve been working on stretching and foam rolling that everyday.

Sunday: 55 Minute Run

Monday: 10 Minute Warm Up, 6* 5 Minutes at 5k Pac (6:10 per mile pace), 10 Minute cool down

Tuesday: AM: 45 Minute run PM: Barrelates Class

Wednesday: 10 Minute Warm Up 25 Minute Tempo, 10 Minute Cool Down

Thursday: 50 Minute Run + Lift Arms & Legs

Friday: Off

Saturday: 1 hr 25 Minute Run +Core
