Holy cow, it’s already October! The summer sure did fly by fast! Not necessarily looking forward to the winter months approaching and the freezing cold weather and feet of snow that come along with it.  But none the less, that’s life, until I can move somewhere warm atleast! Here are my workouts for this past week!

Sunday: 10 Minute Warm up, (20 min at tempo, 4*5 minutes at tempo with 2 min rest between) 10 Minute Cool Down

Monday: 6 Mile run + core

Tuesday: 10 Minute warm up,  6*5Minutes at Tempo, 10 minute cool down

Wednesday: Off

Thursday: AM: 7 Miles + lifting arms & legs , PM: 4 Miles  + core

Friday: 10 Minute Warm up, 25 minute tempo, 10 Minute cool down

Saturday: 14 Mile run + core
