WIAW: The Blizzard

This week has been all around VERY cold! The coldest I can remember it ever being.  A frigid -5 degree with -30 degree windchill. BRR! Here is a bunch of foods I have eaten for the last week.
 
I found this powerful yogurt at the store, which is a greek yogurt with a lot of protein.  However,  I looked on their website and it is solely marketed to men. It “provides active men with superior protein source.” Ouch.  Oh well,  I thought it tasted good.
 
 Used that yogurt and topped with banana and some crumbled cereal.
 
 Laughing cow grilled cheese and butternut squash soup.
 
 I got to try arctic zero for the first time this week!  This is the chocolate peanut butter ice cream with banana and some oat crumble.  Boy was this delicious!
 
Banana chia protein pancake with healthified chocolate sauce.
 
Salad with chicken and veggies topped with cottage cheese.
 
My normal eggs and veggies topped with some crushed quinoa crisps for a little added crunch.
 
 
I also drank A LOT of tea to stay warm.

      Yes I love it! It gets all extra creamy when it melts!
