WIAW: Thai food

Hi all! Quick update on my ankle before we get to some of the yummy eats.  I have tested it out on Monday with a 1 mile run and on Tuesday with a 2 mile run.  So far so good! There has not been any flare ups.  It still feels pretty weak so I am continuing my physical therapy to strengthen those muscles around the area and icing it like crazy.  Fingers crossed!
 
I loved my baked sweet potato fries.  I have these 2-3 days a week.  Yum! 
 
 I have seen on pinterest and instagram everyone and their grandma post avocado toast and it looked great. So I had to try it.  It tasted surprisingly amazing. Simple yet tasty!  (my avocados needed to be a bit more ripe but I was super impatient and couldn’t wait! ha)
It’s restaurant week in my town so I went out to eat with my parents. We went to this lovely Thai food place.  I always get pad thai when I go to Thai restaurants, because GOOD Pad Thai is extremely delicious!  This is by far the best I have found in my area.
 
 This is the appetizer papaya salad.  I was so hungry that I didn’t realize that red sauce up there was sriracha, and ended up putting WAY too much on my salad.  My mouth was on fire!  But it was delicious and fresh salad!
My parents got me this granola from a little farmers market they went to while I was sitting through 6 hours of classes.  It was a nice treat to come home to! So I put it on top of a delicious strawberry mengo smoothie.
 
Classes are coming to and end for this semester.  However I always find this time of year so stressful.  Probably because it’s so close to being done but you have SO much work left to do in order to finish the semester.

    I’ve NEVER tried Thai Food & after seeing your photos I feel like I’ve been missing out 🙁 LOL
