WIAW: New Year

Happy New Year everyone! I hope everyone had a great night last night and you are looking forward to starting a new year and ready to accomplish great things! Let’s start this year and Wednesday off with a WIAW recap of this past week. Unfortunately I got a bit sick for half the week right after Christmas with what I think was the flu. So there wasn’t as many delicious dishes to chose from to show you guys this week. However, the good news is I feel 110% better and I’m ready to eat those tasty foods again!
Christmas Eve Dinner: filet Mignon, roasted brussel sprouts, and a baked potato with a bit of greek yogurt on top.
Banana and cinnamon protein pancake.
Honey dijon chicken and broccoli.
Eggs with veggies and some fresh berries.
Turkey wrap with spinach tomato and french onion laughing cow.
That was some of my week in food. I hope you guys are starting your New Year going after your resolution. Remember to keep a positive attitude and enjoy the start to the new year!
