Weekly Workouts 7/30

Monday-10 Minute Warm up 8*800 meters at 3:00 with 2 minute rest, 10 Minute Cool down

Tuesday- 7 miles

Wednesday-5 Miles

Thursday- AM- 7 miles, PM- 15 Mile Bike Ride

Friday-10 minute warm up 6*400 at 1:18 with 3 minute recovery 6*200 at 36 with 2 minute recovery, 10 minute cool down

Saturday- Am- 7 Miles, Pm- 4 Miles

Sunday- Off

 

My legs were feeling rather tired this week, so I decided to take out one of my workouts and just do a super easy 5 miles. I also made sure I was taking my iron supplement.

    get it girl!! We gotta add in some strength training too! Would help your running so much and prevent injuries! If you need ideas I post lots of workouts on my blog 🙂

      I do strength training! As, I’m the most injury prone person ever! haha Just wasn’t on there. But i’ll check out your workouts anyway! 🙂
