Here are some of my workouts from the previous week!

 

Monday- 10 Minute Warm Up, 30 Minute Tempo, 10 Minute Cool Down

Tuesday- 7 Miles, Lift arms/legs

Wednesday- 10 Minute Warm Up, 6*800 Meters @ 2:56 with 2 Minute rest, 10 Minute Cool Down

Thursday- 7 Miles

Friday- Am- 3 Miles, pm 7 Miles

Saturday- 85 Minutes

Sunday- Off
