Weekly Workouts 3/3

Hey all! It’s been a lovely week in Los Angeles.  Which means it certainly wasn’t hard to get out and enjoy the outdoors for a workout.  Here’s what I did this week.

Thursday- 60 Minute run + Core

Friday- 10 Minute Warm Up, 5 x 5 Minute at Tempo pace (6:35/mile) with 1 minute recovery between, 10 Minute Cool Down

Saturday- Off

Sunday- 40 Minute Run + Lift

Monday- 55 Minute Run

Tuesday- 50 Minute Run, with the last 10 minutes at tempo

Wednesday- 45 Minute Run + Core
