Hey all! It’s been a bit hectic lately with work, which means it’s been extra difficult getting workouts in. None the less, here are my workouts from this past week.

 

Thursday- 45 Minute Run

Friday-Off

Saturday-Off

Sunday- 65 Minute Run + lift + Core

Monday- 50 Minute Run

Tuesday- 30 Minute Run

Wednesday-45 Minute Run + Core
