Saturday: 45 Minute Run + Core

Sunday: 45 Minute Run + 1 hour hike

Monday: 45 Minute Run + Core

Tuesday: 40 Minute Run + Lift arms and legs

Wednesday: 50 Minute Run

Thursday: 40 Minute Run + Core
