Weekly Workouts 1/29

It’s been one heck of a week.  Boy oh boy am I just exhausted, but thank goodness it is almost the week and I can recharge and relax.  Luckily I was able to get all my workouts in this week.

Here they are:


Friday: 45 Minutes + core

Saturday: 70 Minutes

Sunday: Off

Monday: 40 Minute run

Tuesday: 10 minute warm up, 25 Minute Tempo. 10 minute cool down

Wednesday: 45 Minute Run

Thursday: 10 minute warm up, 3 x 8 Minutes at Tempo pace, 10 minute cool down
