Weekly Workouts 1/22

It’s time for another weekly round up of my workouts this week.  It’s amazing I have found time to workout, but I have.  My job has started to get insanely busy, which means i’ll be working non stop until June basically. But running is something I truly enjoy and I will always manage to find time to do it.

My Workouts:

Friday: off

Saturday: 75 Minute run

Sunday: 50 Minute Run + Lift

Monday: 10 Minute warm up, 1x (10 min, 10min, 5 min) with 2 minutes rest, 10 minute cool down, core.

Tuesday: 45 Minutes East

Wednesday: 50 Minutes + Core + Lift

Thursday: 55 Minute Run
