Weekly Workouts 1/1/16

Happy New Year everyone!  I hope everyone had a fantastic and safe night last night! Now it’s time for everyone to make resolutions.  But before you do that check out some of the workouts I did this past week.

 

Friday: 50 Minute Run + Core work

Saturday: 40 Minute Run

Sunday: Off- 2 hour hike

Monday: 45 Minute Run

Tuesday: 50 Minute Run + lift arms and legs

Wednesday: 50 Minute Run

Thursday: 45 Minute Run

 

I didn’t do any hard efforts, just east runs as I am still trying to come back from this hamstring pain that I have been having.
