Turkey Sweet Potato Crock-Pot Chili

Happy Autumn everyone! Although the weather doesn’t seem like Fall at all here currently.  It’s oddly in the upper 70’s. Normally it’s in the lower 60’s this time of year. Not complaining but I hope it’s not that warm for my marathon in about two weeks. Anyway, one of my favorite Fall/Winter foods is chili.  My dad makes the best chili on the planet.  So I thought I would try to make a bit of a healthier twist to the normal chili. So I used turkey instead and added a bunch of veggies, because every things better with veggies!
