Top 10 Foods for Healthier Skin

What you eat and drink has a direct impact on your skin! Un Healthy foods can leave your skin covered in acne.  Which really, does anyone actually enjoy the spots that pop up?  Needless to say those can also be caused by stress.  But can be greatly effected by what we consume.

So here is a list of foods to help get great skin!

  1. Yogurt- Go for the non flavored- the extra sugar from the flavoring could make you break out.
  2. Pomegranate
  3. Green Tea- Green tea seems to be good for healthy everything. Not complaining!
  4. Blueberries- Top it on your yogurt- double them up!
  5. Fish- Such as salmon
  6. Spinach- Add it to a smoothie!
  7. Sweet Peppers- I love munching on sweet peppers. They make a great hummus scooper!
  8. Sunflower Seeds- Try adding to a salad, for an added crunch!
  9. Tomatoes
  10. Dark Chocolate- Because I need an excuse to eat dark chocolate!

 

Besides food, one of the best things you can do for your skin is drink an adequate amount of water on a daily basis.  Over a period of time of drinking adequate amounts of water daily, your skin will look fresh and smooth!
