Tips for Staying Active During the Winter

Lately the weather has been below zero and absolutely freezing. I’m talking -40 degree wind chills. You definitely don’t want to be working out outside in those temperatures, that could become extremely dangerous. No workout is worth getting frostbite! At least around here the temperatures are starting to warm up slightly! I have never been so happy for 20 degree weather in my life! I even got in my long run outside yesterday after nearly 2 weeks of running on the treadmill because it has been so chilly out! Working out in the winter can be a struggle sometimes because of how cold it is! No fear though, here are some of my tips for staying active this winter!
