Strawberry Crumble

As some of you may have seen, I posted a picture of a berry crumble I made from a recipe I found.  Well,  I tried it again but with my own twist.  And it turned out great!
 Mix all the dry ingredients.
Mix all the wet ingredients and then mix the dry and wet ingredients together.
Pack 2/3 of the dough in the bottom of a baking pan.  Top with strawberries.
Crumble remaining dough on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25- 30 minutes.
Let cool for 20 min and serve!
1 cup gluten rolled oats
1 cup oat flour (ground up oats in food processor
1 scoop designer whey vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup almond flour
4 packets of truvia
2 Tablespoons chia seeds
1 Tablespoon Flax Seed
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons Egg Beaters
1/3 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons lite maple syrup
1/3 cup canola oil
3 cups frozen strawberries thawed and drained
I was really happy how it turned out and even added it to my recipe box!  It’s really good for any meal of the day and super simple to make.  I will absolutely make this in the future.
Question:  Does anyone have any healthy recipes they’d like to share with me?
