Sprint Fartleck

I love fartleck workouts, because they are simply based on feel.  Which means if you are having an off day and aren’t feeling great you can still push your self to a pace that feels just as difficult as the goal pace.  These workouts are also great for truly feeling the pace you are running and  are able to get used to it for races.
