Rotisserie Crockpot Chicken

I love a good easy crockpot meal.  Especially from running from one job to the next, and constantly being busy.  Using the crockpot definitely makes life a heck of a lot easier and a lot more delicious!

So today i’m going to share with you my recipe for a Rotisserie Chicken made in your crockpot.

CROCKPot Chicken

What you will need:

  • One Whole Chicken
  • Aluminum foil
  • Seasonings of your choice. ( I like Rosemary, salt, pepper, oregano)

Directions:

  1. Make 4 balls out of the Aluminum foil and place them at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Place the whole chicken directly on top of the aluminum foil balls.
  3. Top the chicken with your desired seasonings.
  4. Turn crockpot on high for 4 hours, or low for 6-8 hours or until cooked and golden brown.

This chicken turns out so moist and really absorbs the flavors of the seasonings.  No liquid is needed, as the moisture comes from the chicken itself and stays within the crockpot.
