This is one of my favorite vegetable dishes to make, although my smoke detector likes to disagree. Roasted vegetables are some of my favorite summer time foods. I could just eat this all day!
What you will need:
1 head Cauliflower
First start by preheating the oven to 375 degrees. Cut the cauliflower into bite sized pieces, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in the over for 20 minutes, flip cauliflower and bake for another 20min. (REMEMBER: time will depend on oven and baking sheet, time will vary)
The cauliflower should be golden brown like below.
And voila! Roasted cauliflower. The roasting of the cauliflower really brings out the great flavors of the cauliflower and makes it have an entirely new delicious taste compared to the raw cauliflower.
