Quick School Snacks

I am a huge supporter of snacking. Snacking keeps your blood sugar level, if you do it right. This means, avoiding snacks loaded with sugars that will make you crash in a half hour. I have a 6 hour long class where we get short breaks, so it is important for me to snack during class to keep my energy up, in order to stay attentive. Here are some of my favorite snacks I like to take in little containers to munch on during class.

Veggies and hummus!

Banana and hard boiled egg!

If you incorporate a protein in your snack, you are more likely to stay full longer. Which will provide you with energy to stay alert and attentive in class.

    Great snack ideas! I love eating coconut yogurt for a snack right now.
