Pumpkin Seeds

Happy Late Halloween everyone! Hope it was a blast and you could resist at least a little of the candy and sweets.  I carved a pumpkin which means pumpkin seeds!
First I washed the pumpkin seeds off then let them dry on a baking sheet over night.
I then baked the plain pumpkin seeds for 20 minutes at 300 degrees.
Then split the batch in half.  Coated one half with the original olive oil and salt. And the other half with olive oil, oregano and romano cheese.
After I coated them I then baked the seeds for another 20 minutes at 300 degrees.
And there we have it, delicious and nutritious pumpkin seeds!  I wish I could make pumpkin seeds more often throughout the year because it’s such a great food to snack on!
