Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

It’s definitely pumpkin season!  I have seen pumpkin spice everything.  Literally everything, even gum.  Not my style so I didn’t try it.  However, i’m definitely pumpkin obsessed.  Especially now that it’s been getting super cold out.  Last week it almost hit 90 degrees and yesterday it was a chilly 40 degrees when I woke. The weather is no surprise though the weather  is always up and down like that this time of year.  On the hot days, just like every day of summer, I love to cool down with smoothies. So today I combine my love of fall with my love of smoothies, with a pumpkin pie smoothie!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Large Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 4 Ice Cubes

Directions:

  1. Blend everything in blender and enjoy!

 Expect many more pumpkin recipes in the next few months!

    I love Pumpkin Spice too! But…um..gum??? Really?? That’s a bit much! Haha!

    This sounds so amazing, I’ll have to keep a look-out to see if I can get pumpkin spice over here when autumn hits.
