Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

Fall isn’t over yet! And neither are the pumpkin flavored recipes! Here is one of my favorite fall post run meals to warm me up inside.

Pumpkin Pie oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Oats
  • Water
  • 4 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 Packet truvia
  • Craisins

Recipe:

  1. Cook oatmeal in microwave as per directions on container.
  2. Mix in Pumpkin puree, truvia,  and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Top with craisins.

    I love it! Simple and delicious, always a great option. I love putting a little protein powder, ground flax, cinnamon, nutmeg, and walnuts in my oatmeal. I really like pumping it up and making a great meal out of it. 🙂

    Hi fellow SPA! Oats are the easiest breakfast. LOVE! I like adding cinnamon, a pinch of salt and vanilla extract. I recently made breakfast cookies out of oats and I added protein powder which was a super WIN.

      Oh goodness I will have to try making breakfast cookies! Great idea!
