My Workout Playlist to Start 2017

Whose New Years resolution is to start exercising more and more consistently (raises hand). Well the best way I have found to not make it such a difficult task is to have a great playlist. Almost embarrassing to admit how many times I mouth the words or basically start dancing when I’m out running or on the treadmill. But guess what, the more singable the song is and the more I get into the music the faster the run goes. Now that normally boring 30 minute treadmill run that drags on and on, turns into an easy 60 minute treadmill run. The most important thing to do is pick songs that fit your style. Maybe you’re into country, maybe you’re into rap, or maybe you’re into a random mix of songs of the years. ¬†Whatever your style is, you can create an equally fun playlist. Here are some of the songs that are on my current running playlist.

  1. 24k Magic- Bruno Mars
  2. All Time Low- Jon Bellion
  3. Don’t Wanna Know- Maroon 5
  4. Scars to Your Beautiful- Alessia Cara
  5. HandClap- Fitz and the Tantrums
  6. Wannabe – Spice Girls
  7. Little Talk- Of Monster and Men
  8. No Interruption- Hoodie Allen
  9. Eighteen Cool- Hoodie Allen
  10. All about it- Hoodie Allen
  11. Don’t let me down- Chainsmokers
  12. Stronger-Kanye
  13. No Scrubs- TLC
  14. Celebrity Status- Marianas Trench
  15. I’d do Anything- Simple plan

As you can see I have a mish mash of new and old songs.  But it makes the run time go by incredibly fast!
