Idea World Expo

Sadly, we were done with blogfest, but were able to participate in idea world activities on Day 3 (Saturday).  So many things to do and explore day 3, my indecisive self  had a hard time deciding!

Sweatpink blogfest idea world health and fitnessI signed up for the body shred workout by Jillian Michaels. 30 Minutes of working was intense! But was so fun being in a class taught by her!

IMG_2570After snagging a few snacks from the expo to refuel I headed down to the Sweatpink workout by Beach Body live.  Another great and intense workout.  I really enjoyed the mixture of workouts we did to get a taste of all of them.  It kept the hour workout

IMG_2617I then headed to my 3rd workout of the day.  Maybe the 3rd was a mistake because I was certainly already sore from the first two. But I survived! And then quickly headed down to the expo to shamelessly consume all the free food samples to recover from my workouts!

I had so much fun at blogfest and Ideaworld with sweat pink.  I can’t express how grateful I am I was able to go. I learned so much and met so many amazing people!
