Hollywood

When people think of Los Angeles, most of the time they’re thinking Hollywood. Since I live here now I figured I’d hit up some popular tourist destinations since I had never actually been to Los Angeles before I moved here. There’s truly so much to do and see here, it blows my mind, but also keeps me extremely busy with fun activities to do constantly! Here are some pictures from my fun time exploring Hollywood.

I of course had to get my picture with the best star on the Walk of Fame, Winnie the Pooh!!  On that note, I’m not a huge movie/music/theater person when it comes to knowing the names of people, but I surprisingly knew a lot of people.

But of course I knew this one! Daniel Radcliffe.  Super Harry Potter nerd over here y’all! I can’t wait to explore Universal Studios and be abel to go to Harry Potter World.  I may possibly be freaking out the entire time i’m there!

I then hiked to the Hollywood sign.  The route I took was from Griffith Park, it starts off on a closed off road and then turns into a dirt trail.  There are so many different ways to get there I’ve heard but for the most part this is the closest you can legally get to the Hollywood sign.  Also, it looks a lot smaller in pictures, so definitely worth the hike there to get a great shot! Hollywood sign and walk of fame-Los Angeles Travel

My friend and I were super excited to see the Hollywood sign for the first time up close! I’d say we took one too many pictures, but we had so much fun with a little photo shoot with the Hollywood sign!Hollywood sign and walk of fame-Los Angeles Travel

Griffith observatory is my favorite place to take visitors or just go to myself.  I think it’s one of the most amazing views of the city and all the lights at night.  However, as you can see, it was by far one of the foggiest days I have ever encountered in Los Angeles since I have been here, so we had to come back another night.  If you are ever in Los Angeles, this is a must see place to go to at night.

We ended the day with this gorgeous sunset over the hills!
