Ah, the beauty of the new year. Everyone sets new goals and resolutions to achieve.  I really liked how I structured my new year’s post last year so it will be quite similar, but the goals will obviously be different.

Happy New Year! 2018

  • I took my first solo backpacking trip through Europe.  Holy smokes, was that the most amazing trip! And if I didn’t want to travel enough as it is, it ignited a whole other flame under me to travel the whole world. I also just took a trip to Thailand and this year continued to explore more of California, like San Francisco, Palm Springs, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Temecula, and Joshua Tree. I’m excited to plan this years travels soon!
  • I Continued to work on growing my blog and bettering my photography.  I am pleased with my food photography, but have really tried to better my landscape photography and self photography over this year and am happy with the progress I have made. You can check out my Instagram for some of my photos!

  • Keep on blogging and connecting! I love blogging and I love sharing all my travels and recipes with ya’ll.  If you want to connect past the blog you can find me very often on Instagram and soon youtube.  Thailand vlogs coming soon! Also, if you have any recommendations on types of posts you want to see please feel free to share!
  • Travel, do alllll the traveling! Seriously, I can’t stop it’s a problem. Definitely not the wort problem to have though!  I have many ideas of where my summer trip will be.  And where my other future travels will be.  Hopefully big trips coming up!
  • Running.  Run more 5k’s & 10k’s! I love racing so much and only ended up racing 3 races this past year, but I am going to get back into it and start training my but off and try to hit some new pr’s!

For now, I am just trying to fight this jet lag from my trip to Thailand and I promise I will start posting posts and some new daily vlogs from my trip!

What are your resolutions this year?

Any trips planned for this year yet?

What are your fitness goals for the new year?
