Green Mango Smoothie

I don’t know about you, but after my runs i’m craving something a little sweet. To me there’s nothing more refreshing than a post run smoothie.  The sweetness and coldness of the smoothie to cool you down after a hot run is perfection.  And you can pack a bunch of nutrients into a smoothie to help better recover.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 Frozen banana
  • 1 Cup spinach
  • 1 Cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon hemp seeds

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together.  ( I use the Magic bullet for easy clean up)
  2. Add almond milk as needed.
