Greek Turkey Burger

It’s starting to feel like summer and you know what that means? Time for a BBQ! I love to grill meats during the summer, it’s a quick and healthy way to cook meats and really easy to do so.  Sadly, i am unable to do so in my apartment here in Los Angeles.  No fear though, I can still enjoy the comfort of a good old summer bbq!  I love to keep burgers simple sometimes and just had a few ingredients, but let them shine. Here is my recipe for a super simple greek inspired turkey burger.

  • Tomatoes sliced
  • Greek salad dressing
  • Lettuce or Spinach
  • Whole wheat hamburger buns

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl combine ground turkey, red onion and feta. Mix well.
  2. Split the turkey mixture into 4-5 patties. Cook all the way through.
  3. Assemble the Burger.  Whole wheat hamburger bun, lettuce, tomato, turkey patty, sprinkle of feta and a drizzle of greek salad dressing.

This is a super easy meal to make even if you are crunched for time and want to make a healthy flavorful meal!

What’s your favorite burger topping?
