Fun Weekend of Yoga in LA

One of my favorite things about LA is that there is so much to do! And you can always find fun (and free) events to attend or in this case workout classes to attended.  Last week, was a weekend jam packed with yoga.  I love yoga because it make me feel completely weak.  I can run 12 miles before class but I can barely hold downward dog for too long.  It makes me realize that there’s always room for improvement no matter what aspect in your life.


The first event I attended on Saturday was a Yoga and mimosa/brunch event at Athleta.  Yoga and mimosas sounds like a pretty darn good day to me!


As you can see athleta was so kind to provide us with these little delicious mini sandwiches and mini muffins, and of course mimosas after our yoga class.  The mimosa I had was made with a watermelom Suja juice. Definitely delicious and super refreshing!img_3402

The event I attended on Sunday was poolside yoga hosted by Fitbitlocal.  It was awesome to get outdoors and do yoga! And the pool at the W Hotel in Beverly Hills was beautiful.  They even gave away fitbits to three lucky winners!fitbitlocal yoga- beverly hills, w hotel, poolside

I had never had Aloe Gloe before but it was super refreshing especially since it was so toasty outside already early in the morning.  And Skinny Pop is my favorite!
