Here’s a workout to kick off your weekend! 
 
Start off with a nice easy warm up. Pick up the pace for 5 minutes, pick up the pace faster for another 5 minutes and go back down to the medium pace for the next 5 minutes.  Don’t forget the 10 minute cool down! Cool downs help you get your heart rate back to normal/resting Heart rate and will help with soreness the following day.Hope you guys enjoy!
