Since getting to Los Angeles I have wanted to get down to Disneyland and explore!  I had only been to Disney World in Orlando Florida, back when I was 12.  Fast forward 14 years later and I still felt  like a little child.  We left super early in the morning to get to Disney because we were so darn excited to go! I’d highly recommend getting there right when it opens if you can.  We made it through 3 rides without waiting in any lines.  Which was incredible considering an hour later they had an 40+ minute wait!

Beside the long wait for lines it was everything I had hoped for.  Although I am still partial to Disney World as I prefer some of the other parks a little better.  But it was still an incredible experience to go.Disneyland california travel adventureOf course I had to get a Mickey shaped ice-cream while I was there! Too cute to turn down. Especially on a hot Socal day!Disneyland california travel adventure

As far as I can remember I had always been a huge fan of Winnie the Pooh.  I had books, stuffed animals, you name it! So the 5 year old in me really wanted a picture with Winnie the Pooh.  We were able to find him until the real end of the day.  As you can see I missed him by minutes! This is my trying not to smile because I JUST missed it but then Winnie the Pooh’s there so how can I stay sad too long. Ha!

I had such a fun time exploring Disneyland.  I’m looking forward to exploring the Adventure park next!

Have you ever been to Disneyland or Disney World?

Do you have a preference?

Enjoy your week 🙂
