Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette

I’m not a huge fan of store bought dressings, as I have found that most contain a ton of extra additives that I prefer not to consume.  So I figured one day, why not come up with my own salad dressing recipe? Since I have watched the food network since I was probably born,  I knew for the most part how to make a general vinaigrette.  It was simply what ingredients would I use.  Which is how I came up with my Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette.  


All you need are these ingredients
What you will need:
1/2 Small onion
1/2 Cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
You then blend them all in a food processor or blender and there you have it! Salad dressings are super simple to make, and a lot better for you than most store bought dressings.Here is what I use to blend my dressing:
