I made these for our New Year’s eve party and loved them so much I had to share.  Although they are not as “healthy” as some of the things I post, there is always room to treat yourself.  Because what’s the fun of life if you can never have the foods you enjoy!?

Crostini with goat cheese, apricot jam, basil, prosciutto




  • Baguette
  • olive oil
  • Goat Cheese
  • Basil leaves
  • Apricot Jam
  • Prosciutto


  1. Cut baguette diagonally, coat lightly with olive oil and toast in the oven. Let cool.
  2. When baguette is cooled smear goat cheese on the baguette.
  3. Put some apricot jam on top of the goat cheese.
  4. Followed by a piece of basil and then a piece of prosciutto on top of that.


This sweet, salty, creamy, savory combo is perfection.  It satisfies all of your taste buds, and is super easy yet elegant to prepare for any type of party!
