Crispy Baked Honey Mustard Tilapia

Tilapia is my go to fish and my protein of choice at dinner time. It’s so light but jam packed with lean protein and doesn’t have the “fishy” taste like other fishes. But having it baked with nothing on it, gets old really fast. It’s time to spice things up and a bit of crunch to your tilapia!

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  3. On a plate spread out panko bread crumbs add a bit of salt and pepper as desired.
  4. Take the tilapia fillet and coat it in the honey mustard.
  5. Take that fillet and lay it in the bed of panko.  Flip to coat each side thoroughly with the panko.
  6. Spray baking sheet with olive oil spray and lay coasted fillets on the baking sheet.
