Carrot Onion Quinoa

Back with another Quinoa dish! This time a hot quinoa to keep you nice and warm during these cold months!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup dry Qunioa
  • 1.5 Cups Water
  • 2 Large carrots
  • 2 Cups chopped kale
  • 1/2 Tablespoon sweet onion & herb McCormick seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Boil 1.5 Cups of water.
  2. Add dry quinoa and McCormick seasoning to boiling water and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Add carrots and kale and cook until kale is wilted.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Enjoy!

It makes a deliciously warm quinoa salad to keep you full and warm!
