Blizzard Workout

 I woke up this morning to -30 degree wind chill, driving ban, blizzard and pretty much everything being closed.  Today was my lifting day so, I figured since the gym is closed that I would make my own little workout at home.  I find that a little workout in the morning really wakes me up and is a great way to start the day.
 
 
 
 
I took a little break and repeated this whole list again.  Nothing to bad, just to get my heart rate up a bit. Hope you are all staying warm with these freezing cold temperatures!
