Baked Sweet Potato Chips

Baked Sweet Potato Chips! I had no idea sweet potatoes came in white versions so I was pretty confused when I cut them open and they were not orange. But hey, they taste EXACTLY the same so there is no complaining here!
Raw slices of sweet potato, sliced with a mandolin. This was my first time using a mandolin, which was kind of frightening considering I am extraordinarily accident prone. Luckily no fingers were lost!
2 Sweet Potatoes
1 Teaspoon salt
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
2. Slice Sweet Potatoes and cover with Olive oil.
3. Add salt and cinnamon.
4. Bake for 1- 1.5 hours or until golden brown
