Asian Quinoa Salad

I was in the mood for some quinoa yesterday so I whipped this Asian Quinoa Salad together.  And it was absolutely delicious!
The ingredients, which are listed below.
Cook the quinoa as directed on package.
 
Fluff until Light and fluffy!
Combine all vegetables in one bowl.
Combine all ingredients for Asian dressing.
 
Combine Quinoa, vegetables and Asian dressing together.  And there you have it a super simple quinoa asian salad.
 
Ingredients:
2 cups qunioa
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup edamame beans
1 bell pepper chopped
1/2 cup cilantro
 
Asian Dressing:
1/2 cup Better n’ Peanut butter (or regular peanut butter)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
 
 
Remember you can always adjust a recipe if you don’t like one of the ingredients. Hope you enjoy!
