Apple Cider Mimosa

Ever since moving to Los Angeles it has become very apparent that brunch is a huge deal here.  Brunch wasn’t really a big thing back at home, probably because they couldn’t serve alcohol before noon until recently. But of course mimosas and brunch go hand and hand in LA.  I decided to make a fun fall mimosa.  And what screams fall more than delicious apple cider.

Ingredients:

  • Apple Cider
  • Champagne ( I used Moscato Spumante but you can use whatever your heart desires!)
  • Apple slices for garnish

Directions:

  1. Mix together 1 part cider 1 part champagne. Garnish with an apple and you’re ready to drink!

What’s your go to brunch drink?

What’s your favorite juice to add to a mimosa?
